Overview

The quadruple marker test is a screening test typically conducted during the second trimester of pregnancy to detect chromosomal abnormalities like Down’s syndrome, neural tube defects, turner’s syndrome, etc. in the fetus. The test consists of 4 markers with (triple marker+ Inhibin A). It provides early insights, allowing parents to consider further tests or interventions.
